Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of the Swipely mobile application. By installing or using Swipely you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Licence
Swipely is provided free of charge for personal use on devices you own or are responsible for. You may not resell it, redistribute modified copies of it, or attempt to decompile or reverse engineer it except where that right cannot lawfully be restricted.
Your decisions
Swipely suggests items to delete; you decide. Every deletion is confirmed by you and by your phone, and some cannot be undone. Keep a backup of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Estimates
Sizes shown in the app are estimates, marked with ≈, because the phone does not report exact file sizes for every item. Groups of similar photos are suggestions based on when and at what size they were taken, and may not match what you would choose.
Advertising
Swipely may show ads. Ads are provided by Google AdMob under Google’s own terms.
No warranty
Swipely is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. We do not promise that it will find every duplicate or similar photo, or that its estimates will be exact.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for photos, videos or contacts you chose to delete, for any loss of data, or for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Swipely. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes and availability
We may update, change or discontinue Swipely or any of its features at any time.
